We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Support Worker to join our team at Voyage Care in Weston. As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life of the people we support, while also contributing to the management and supervision of our residential service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, complex mental health needs, and challenging behaviors
  • Assist with supervision, training, and induction of new colleagues
  • Allocate shifts, manage medication, and support with financial management
  • Work collaboratively with the management team to ensure the smooth operation of the service

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Senior Support Worker
  • Full UK driving license
  • Level 3 in Health & Social Care
  • Experience working with individuals with complex needs
