Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at the Worle Centre. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in empowering individuals to live the lives they want to lead, providing support and care that is tailored to their unique needs and preferences.

About the Role

As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for developing daily living skills, supporting individuals to access their communities for socialisation, employment, training, or friendships, and contributing to the development and implementation of individual care plans. You will also be required to communicate effectively and professionally with individuals, their family members, and external professionals, and maintain the health needs of the individuals we support.
