Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Clinical Lead to join our team at Livewell Southwest. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction and leadership to our clinical services, ensuring that we deliver high-quality care to our patients and service users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Provide clinical leadership and management to our clinical teams, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and resources to deliver high-quality care.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and service user experience.
    • Lead and manage change initiatives, ensuring that they are implemented effectively and efficiently.
  • Clinical Governance
    • Ensure that our clinical services are governed by robust policies and procedures, ensuring that we meet all relevant regulatory requirements.
    • Develop and implement clinical guidelines and protocols, ensuring that they are evidence-based and effective.
    • Monitor and evaluate the quality of our clinical services, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
  • Service Development
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve service user engagement and participation.
    • Lead and manage service development projects, ensuring that they are implemented effectively and efficiently.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement new services and programs.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including service users, families, and carers.
    • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, ensuring that they are informed and engaged.
    • Collaborate with other teams and departments to ensure that our clinical services are integrated and effective.
Requirements
  • Qualifications
    • Master's degree in a relevant field, such as nursing or healthcare management.
    • Current registration with the relevant professional body, such as the Nursing and Midwifery Council.
  • Experience
    • At least 5 years of experience in a senior clinical leadership role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
    • Proven track record of leading and managing change initiatives, improving patient outcomes, and developing and implementing effective clinical services.
  • Skills
    • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
    • Strong clinical governance skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective policies and procedures.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.
