We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Site Manager to join our team at Vistry Group Careers. As a Senior Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of designated development projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and direct the management of designated development projects
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality specifications
  • Manage and coordinate resources to achieve project objectives
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Monitor and control project progress, identifying and mitigating risks
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
  • Provide leadership and guidance to site staff, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork

Requirements:

  • Behave in line with our company values - Integrity, Caring, and Quality
  • Valid SMSTS certificate
  • Valid First Aid at Work certificate
  • A proven background in new build housing site management and timber frame
  • Proven ability to manage projects and deliver quality work on time, within budget
  • Able to work as part of a team as well as autonomously
  • Able to demonstrate a thorough understanding of Health & Safety legislation
  • Thorough, with strong attention to detail
