Job Summary

Caval Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Night Site Manager to oversee the refurbishment works on a supermarket project. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful completion and handover of sections of work on site.

Key Responsibilities

  • Update and maintain RAMS (Risk Assessment and Method Statement) documents
  • Coordinate handovers and sign-offs with stakeholders
  • Implement and improve existing procedures to ensure efficient site operations
  • Lead the day-to-day running of site activities, including coordinating with subcontractors and senior management
  • Update and check against the construction program to ensure timely completion
  • Prepare and manage site documents, such as work orders and purchase orders
  • Ensure quality standards are achieved by implementing inspection and test plans
  • Communicate effectively with the client, subcontractors, and senior management team
