About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Site Manager to join our team at Vistry Cornwall South West in Plymouth, Devon. As a Senior Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of designated development projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and manage designated development projects to achieve progressive project completion.
  • Organize resources and personnel to ensure efficient project delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Monitor and control project costs, ensuring they are within budget.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve project efficiency and quality.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager or equivalent role.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
