Senior Site Engineer

As a Senior Site Engineer with Pertemps TM, you will play a key role in delivering high-profile civil engineering projects across the South West region. With a strong track record of managing teams and leading projects, you will be responsible for ensuring that works are constructed in accordance with contract drawings, specifications, and project execution plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of engineers on various projects, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Translate works information into setting out on site, utilizing robotic surveying equipment.
  • Support the development of method statements and risk assessments, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental legislation.
  • Collaborate with clients, client representatives, and the general public to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of a HNC/Degree or equivalent, and a Full UK Driving Licence.
  • Proven people and project management skills, with the ability to liaise professionally with clients and stakeholders.
  • Experience working on civil engineering projects and managing a team, with a strong understanding of safety and environmental legislation.
  • Ability to work on own initiative, with a team player mindset.
