Our Software Engineering department plays a crucial role in enabling this mission, and we're looking for a Senior Software Developer in Test to join one of our Nottingham-based Services teams.

Key responsibilities
  • Design and direct a testing strategy at system level, ensuring that our software meets the highest quality standards.
  • Convert product requirements into testing scenarios, using your expertise in Java, Cucumber, Gherkin, JUnit, and RestAssured.
  • Develop creative automated testing solutions that are delightful and vital to the lives of credit card consumers.
  • Collaborate with our self-organised Services Engineering team to deliver high-quality software that meets the objectives of Product Management, Risk Mitigation, Quality, and Efficiency.
  • Be the interface between Product Management's acceptance criteria and the code written by our engineers.
Requirements
  • Excellent programming skills in Java, with experience in cloud-based infrastructure.
  • Previous experience working with AWS or other cloud providers.
  • Commitment to collaboration and communication, with a drive to innovate and improve our testing processes.
  • Knowledge of Agile Scrum practices and the ability to contribute to our team's ways of working.
