Job SummaryWe are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Event Stewarding team as a Casual Worker. As an Event Stewarding Staff member, you will play a vital role in providing an exceptional experience for our guests at Coventry Building Society Arena.
Key Responsibilities- Health, Safety, and Welfare: Understand and adhere to health, safety, and welfare procedures to ensure the well-being of all customers, staff members, and yourself.
- Safety Checks: Conduct regular safety checks to identify and mitigate potential risks.
- Customer Flow Management: Control or direct customers entering or leaving the venue to maintain a smooth flow of people.
- Event Operations: Assist in the safe operation of the venue, including staffing entrances, exits, and strategic points.
- Crowd Management: Recognize crowd conditions to prevent overcrowding and ensure safe ingress, circulation, and egress.
- Emergency Response: Respond to emergencies, raise the alarm, and take immediate action as directed by event managers or emergency services.
- First Aid: Provide basic emergency first aid when required.
- Training and Development: Willingness to undertake NVQ Level 2 Spectator Safety training.
- Flexibility: Choose your own hours to work when it suits you.
- Weekly Pay: Receive regular weekly payments.
- Training and Development: Full training provided to support your success in the role.
