What We Offer:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the Head of Investment Solutions to design and maintain tailored sustainable investment portfolios and indices.
  • Conduct sustainability assessments of portfolios for various clients, including asset managers and wealth managers.
  • Lead the development of portfolio construction and analytical tools utilizing MATLAB.
  • Work alongside our research team to innovate sustainable investment products leveraging diverse data sources.
  • Participate in the oversight and enhancement of our risk models and ongoing improvement initiatives.
  • Support and educate client-facing teams on the latest advancements in investment solutions.
  • Contribute to the strategic direction of the company by becoming a subject matter expert in specific sustainable investment areas.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in engineering, mathematics, finance, or a related field.
  • Proficient in MATLAB.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of influencing and building trust within diverse teams.
  • Excellent project management skills, adept at managing multiple projects and collaborating with various stakeholders.
  • Self-driven and enjoys working independently.

  • Experience working with data in financial or environmental contexts.

  • Some relevant professional experience.
