Position Overview:
As a Level 5 qualified professional, you will be instrumental in managing and driving the growth of our Waterlooville operations, ensuring the seamless coordination and high-quality delivery of care to all our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of up to 40 field-based carers, ensuring the effective delivery and coordination of care services.
- Oversee the office support team with a focus on compliance with regulatory requirements and compassionate management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, particularly local authorities, demonstrating proven success in stakeholder engagement.
- Demonstrated success in growing a domiciliary care operation.
- Ability to cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, especially within local authorities.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the care sector is preferred, but not essential.
- Level 5 qualification in adult and social care or an equivalent field is desirable, or a willingness to work towards it.
Benefits:
- Competitive salary of £35,000 DOE
- Additional Out of Hours shift pay
- Care paid at £12 per hour weekdays and £13.75 weekends after 4pm
- 27p per mile for business mileage
- 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
