We specialize in both local authority contracts and private care, and we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Registered Area Manager to lead our Waterlooville operations.

Position Overview:

As a Level 5 qualified professional, you will be instrumental in managing and driving the growth of our Waterlooville operations, ensuring the seamless coordination and high-quality delivery of care to all our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of up to 40 field-based carers, ensuring the effective delivery and coordination of care services.
  • Oversee the office support team with a focus on compliance with regulatory requirements and compassionate management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, particularly local authorities, demonstrating proven success in stakeholder engagement.
  • Demonstrated success in growing a domiciliary care operation.
  • Ability to cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, especially within local authorities.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in the care sector is preferred, but not essential.
  • Level 5 qualification in adult and social care or an equivalent field is desirable, or a willingness to work towards it.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary of £35,000 DOE
  • Additional Out of Hours shift pay
  • Care paid at £12 per hour weekdays and £13.75 weekends after 4pm
  • 27p per mile for business mileage
