Theatre Manager - Clinical Leadership Role

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Theatre Manager to lead our Theatre and Endoscopy teams at Nuffield Health Ipswich Hospital. As a key member of our clinical leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality, clinically effective assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operational responsibility for Theatre and Endoscopy teams
  • Ensure delivery of high-quality, clinically effective assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
  • Build strong relationships with consultants, senior leaders, healthcare professionals, and patients
  • Lead, motivate, and supervise multidisciplinary teams
  • Work collaboratively to ensure patients benefit from the best possible treatment and care
  • Accountable for budget management, business planning, and clinical governance

Requirements
