Key Responsibilities
- Medicines Management Lead: You will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of medicines management policies and procedures across the hospital.
- Clinical Care and Advice: You will provide expert clinical advice and guidance to patients, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to ensure safe and effective use of medicines.
- Service Delivery: You will work closely with various departments, including the pre-assessment clinic, outpatient department, ward, and theatres, to deliver high-quality services to patients.
- Team Collaboration: You will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless delivery of patient care and services.
Requirements
- Registration: You must be registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council.
- Experience: You must have proven post-qualification experience in a similar role.
