In your role as a Theatre Operating Practitioner (Nurse/ODP) at our Ipswich facility, you will be registered with the relevant regulatory body. You possess the necessary qualifications and experience pertinent to your registration, including NMC or HCPC. Additionally, you bring valuable post-registration experience, adaptability, and outstanding communication abilities. Being a collaborative team player is essential.

Your responsibilities as a Theatre Operating Practitioner (Nurse/ODP) will include:

  • Contributing to our cohesive multidisciplinary team
  • Collaborating with esteemed consultants and professionals who appreciate your contributions
  • Managing a diverse caseload utilizing advanced technology, equipment, and facilities
  • Mentoring and guiding junior staff members
  • Delivering high-quality care and patient experiences that are clinically effective and evidence-based
  • Engaging effectively with colleagues on the ward, recognizing the importance of continuity in patient care
