Commercial Director

We're seeking a highly skilled Commercial Manager to lead our digital strategy and drive business development opportunities at Civils & Lintels. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and maintaining our digital platform, managing projects, and working closely with our Group Supply chain colleagues to ensure we're meeting our suppliers' digital expectations.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the development of our digital strategy, ensuring we maintain a high pace of development in this key work stream.
- Develop and maintain business development opportunities, working closely with our Senior Leadership Team to identify and pursue new growth areas.
- Project manage annual people process cycles and activities, including year-end administration, reward cycles, systems upgrades, and policy reviews.
- Manage relationships with suppliers, ensuring we're meeting their digital expectations and driving simplicity in all policies, processes, and procedures.
