Commercial Director

We're seeking a highly skilled Commercial Manager to lead our digital strategy and drive business growth at Civils & Lintels. As a key member of our Senior Leadership Team, you'll be responsible for developing and maintaining business development opportunities, managing relationships with suppliers, and ensuring we maintain a high pace of development in our digital work stream.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the digital strategy and ensure C&L maintain a high pace of development in this key work stream
- Develop and maintain business development opportunities that are presented and agreed with C&L SLT
- Manage relationships with suppliers and ensure C&L are matching suppliers' digital expectations
- Project manage annual people process cycles and activities, including year-end administration, reward cycles, systems upgrades, and policy reviews
- 23 days annual leave, plus bank holidays
