Commercial Director

We're seeking a highly skilled Commercial Manager to lead our digital strategy and drive business growth at Civils & Lintels.
About the RoleAs a Commercial Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and maintaining business development opportunities, managing relationships with suppliers, and ensuring we maintain a high pace of development in our digital work stream.
You'll work closely with our Group Supply Chain colleagues to drive simplicity in all policies, processes, and procedures, and project manage annual people process cycles and activities.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the digital strategy and ensure C&L maintain a high pace of development in this key development work stream
- Develop and maintain business development opportunities that are presented and agreed with C&L SLT
- Manage relationships with suppliers and ensure C&L are matching suppliers' digital expectations
- Project manage annual people process cycles and activities, including year-end, administration of reward cycles, systems upgrades, and policy reviews
- Drive simplicity in all policies, processes, and procedures
