Key Responsibilities
  • Servicing and Managing Existing Accounts
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
    • Identify opportunities to increase sales and revenue within existing accounts.
  • Managing and Controlling Call-Offs
    • Manage and control call-offs, preparing quotations, amendments, managing debt and customer expectations.
    • Proactively manage delivery dates, extras, and variations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.
  • Achieving Turnover Growth
    • Develop and implement strategies to achieve turnover growth within existing and new accounts.
    • Utilize sales experience and industry knowledge to promote the company's high standard of products.
    Requirements
    • Experience and Skills
      • Proven experience working within fast-track building processes dealing with contractors, ideally within the kitchen, bathroom, or bedroom industry.
      • Knowledge of the industry, company terms of trading, range of manufactured and bought-out products, and major competitors.
      • A full UK driving license.
    • Personal Qualities
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to develop relationships with architects, specifiers, site/project managers, buyers, senior managers, and directors.
