The Campus Development Lead will spearhead intricate capital initiatives, ensuring alignment with the University's spatial requirements. Key responsibilities encompass managing projects from initial briefing through to planning phases and achieving objectives set forth by University leadership. Effective collaboration with both internal and external partners is essential, alongside a commitment to environmental and social sustainability.
Reporting to the Director of Campus Innovation, the ideal candidate will possess a robust financial acumen and a proven track record in overseeing substantial projects. Additionally, they should be adept at crafting strategic business proposals and leading a diverse team with effectiveness.
