POSITION SUMMARY

ROLE DESCRIPTION

In the capacity of Corporate Communications Lead, you will be instrumental in executing our organizational communication strategy, enhancing our brand's visibility across various platforms while safeguarding our public image. Your role will involve the conception, leadership, and management of significant projects that resonate throughout the organization, collaborating with both external and internal stakeholders, including our executive team, agency partners, and media representatives, to ensure coherent and impactful communication aligned with our strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the effective execution of essential corporate publications and communication initiatives, ensuring timely delivery. This encompasses collaboration with team members and project managers on key reports.
  • Craft and refine corporate fact sheets and narratives on critical topics, ensuring that key messages are integrated into all corporate communications.
  • Engage with colleagues to foster industry insights, maintain awareness of sector trends, and anticipate future developments, incorporating this knowledge into communication strategies.
  • Design and implement communication strategies to optimize our sponsorship initiatives, enhancing visibility and engagement.
  • Supervise the communications executive responsible for producing and promoting key publications and managing relationships with ambassadors and sponsors.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to various teams within the organization, providing guidance on communication needs.
  • Collaborate closely with the broader communications and engagement team, as well as marketing and branding departments, to leverage opportunities for enhancing our organizational reputation.
  • Coordinate with our Foundation communications team to ensure alignment on ongoing and upcoming projects, maintaining a favorable public image.
  • Manage partnerships with creative agencies to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in a communications or public relations role, with a focus on media relations and corporate reporting.
  • Proven track record of executing successful external communication campaigns.
  • Experience in achieving objectives through effective organization and collaboration.
  • Proficiency in directing and managing agency partnerships.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent editing skills.
  • Ability to engage effectively with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience in budget preparation and management.
