About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Market Training Lead to join our Corporate Transformation team at McDonald's UK. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in enabling new ways of working, driving the successful implementation of a Finance technology system, and informing process improvements across the Global Finance team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive training strategy to ensure a smooth transition and adoption of the new Finance systems, tools, and processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Finance, and project management to ensure seamless integration of the Finance system and alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Design and deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, and webinars for employees, finance professionals, and managers.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of the training program through feedback mechanisms, surveys, and user assessments, and continuously refine the training materials and delivery methods based on feedback and performance data.
  • Collaborate with the Global Change Management Lead to develop and implement change communication plans, ensuring employees are aware of the benefits and features of the new finance systems and are prepared for the transition.
  • Maintain comprehensive training documentation, including training schedules, attendance records, and evaluation reports.
About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong background in training and development, change management, and project management. You will have a proven track record of leading training initiatives, including the implementation of cloud-based Finance systems, and will be able to effectively communicate and train individuals at all levels of the organization.
