Bar Supervisor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bar Supervisor to join our team at Market Halls. As a Bar Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our bars, providing exceptional customer service, and leading our team to deliver outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the management team in the day-to-day operation of the bar, including staffing, training, and operational requirements.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of new ideas and initiatives to improve customer experience and drive sales growth.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a passion for exceptional customer service and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Work closely with the team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the team.
