We are seeking a highly skilled Market Training Lead to join our Global Finance Modernization (GF Mod) program. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in enabling new ways of working, driving the successful implementation of a Finance technology system, and informing process improvements across the Global Finance team.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive training strategy to ensure a smooth transition and adoption of the new Finance systems, tools, and processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Finance, and project management to ensure seamless integration of the Finance system and alignment with organizational objectives.
- Design and deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, and webinars for employees, finance professionals, and managers.
- Identify and train a network of champions or superusers who can provide ongoing training and support to employees within their respective teams.
- Monitor the effectiveness of the training program through feedback mechanisms, surveys, and user assessments, and continuously refine the training materials and delivery methods based on feedback and performance data.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational development, or a related field.
- Proven experience leading training initiatives, including the implementation of cloud-based Finance systems.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in designing and delivering engaging training sessions using various methodologies.
