National Sales Director

We are seeking a highly experienced National Sales Manager to lead our sales strategy and drive business growth across the UK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a robust sales strategy to expand our market presence and drive sales and brand development for a renowned European manufacturer of premium bathroomware.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Sales Strategy: Create and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to expand our market presence, focusing on independent retailers and high-end premium markets.
- Drive Brand Presence: Develop and maintain a strong brand presence in the UK, ensuring alignment with price and quality expectations.
- Lead Sales Team: Work closely with our leadership team to gain a deep understanding of our brand, product offerings, and strategic business objectives.
- Manage Client Relationships: Manage and grow existing client relationships, identifying and securing new business opportunities to enhance brand visibility and sales.
- Develop Sales Across the UK: Develop and execute sales strategies across England, Scotland, Wales, and Ireland, requiring effective self-management and organisational skills.
- Proven Sales Track Record: Proven experience in sales with a track record of handling major retail accounts, preferably in the bathroom industry, ideally with premium products.
- Sales Strategy Development: Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies, with a focus on winning new business and expanding market presence.
- Strong Communication and Leadership Skills: Strong communication and leadership skills, capable of driving growth and establishing strong business relationships.
