Position Overview:

This role is exclusively available to individuals residing in the UK who can work onsite in London.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and execute a holistic marketing strategy aimed at enhancing revenue growth.
  • Engage collaboratively with sales, product innovation, engineering, and corporate communications teams.
  • Direct and refine lead generation, nurturing, and customer acquisition strategies.
  • Assemble and oversee a vibrant marketing team through effective coaching, recruitment, and training.
  • Foster and maintain a robust partnership with the sales team, ensuring alignment and seamless communication.
  • Leverage essential SaaS business metrics to establish targets and evaluate success.
  • Initiate lead nurturing programs and devise strategies for customer acquisition, retention, and reactivation across diverse channels.
  • Implement and enhance acquisition campaigns utilizing tools such as Google Analytics, Intercom, Mixpanel, Adwords, and social media advertising.
  • Supervise integrations that facilitate various marketing platforms.

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in B2B campaign development and demand generation, including at least 4 years in a leadership role within marketing teams.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking capabilities with meticulous attention to detail, coupled with the ability to convert business objectives into actionable marketing plans.
  • Expertise in digital acquisition channels, encompassing display, search, social media, and content sponsorships.
  • A strong passion for analytics, demonstrated by a proven history of utilizing data to inform marketing strategies.
  • Experience in managing marketing budgets across various channels.
