Head of Customer Experience

At Staysure Group, we're seeking a seasoned leader to spearhead our internal operational Centre of Excellence, Innovation Hub, Colleague Development, and Colleague Onboarding experience. As the Head of Customer Operations, you'll be responsible for driving our ambitious growth plans while ensuring we reduce operating costs in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead large operational teams, particularly in financial services, through periods of transformation and operational change.
- Develop and implement commercially led functions, such as New Business or Retention.
- Manage risks and compliance aligned to our standards.
- Translate vision and strategy into meaningful operational outcomes and actions.
- Strong track record of leading large operational teams.
- Commercially aware with an understanding of the internal and external environment.
- Ability to adapt leadership style to suit the needs of stakeholders and team.
- Highly developed skills in relationship management, influencing, problem-solving, creativity, and developing people strategies.
- Insurance industry or similar sector experience.
- Experience of leading Academy functions.
- Experience of ramping up innovation strategies and flow through to implementation.
