We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Priory Group. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing person-centred support and care to our service users, enabling them to lead independent lives and realise their potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide reliable and friendly support to our service users, helping them to achieve their everyday goals, including personal care.
  • Support in-house activities and hobbies, promoting a sense of community and well-being.
  • Be attentive and inspiring, helping our service users to achieve more and reach their full potential.
  • Manage challenging behaviours with resilience and compassion.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a team player with excellent communication skills, able to build strong relationships with our service users and colleagues. You will also need to be able to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, and be willing to undergo a successful disclosure at an appropriate level from the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS).
