Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Manager to join our Abbott Diabetes Care Sales team. As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and awareness of our innovative Freestyle Libre products across target accounts, engaging with healthcare professionals, key customers, and patients in target CCGs/Health Boards, ICS's and PCN's.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute national strategy to drive patient acquisition, sales, and awareness of Abbott Diabetes Care products and associated digital ecosystem across target accounts.
  • Educate, train, and support patients on the use of FreeStyle Libre and the FreeStyle Libre digital health solutions.
  • Educate and train HCP's in the interpretation of the Ambulatory Glucose Profile report, the LibreView reporting suite, and all FreeStyle Libre applications to establish FreeStyle Libre as the new standard for diabetes care in everyday clinical practice.
  • Build effective partnerships with target accounts by matching ADC's solutions and value-added services to identified customer needs and driving mutually productive outcomes through the successful leveraging of local guidelines and pathways.
  • Implement LHE guidance and patient pathways, and maximise guidance/formulary pull through via the upgrade of target patient cohorts to the FreeStyle Libre Flash Glucose Monitoring system.
  • Develop and leverage customer advocacy for ADC and its brands with key consultants, DSNs, clinical leads, payer customers, and patient/patient associations.
  • Work with local ADC colleagues to develop and execute account plans to increase ADC sales & market share.
Requirements:
  • Further or higher education qualification.
  • Sales experience with strong selling skills.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Negotiating skills.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • You must live on territory or be willing to relocate to be considered for this role.
