We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Service Technician to join our team. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of our amusement equipment, ensuring that our machines are always in top working condition and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair a wide range of amusement equipment, including coin-operated machines and other gaming devices.
- Perform basic network diagnostic work to identify and resolve technical issues.
- Complete preventative maintenance and PAT testing to ensure the safety and reliability of our equipment.
- Refill merchandise on selected machines to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Ensure all products are working correctly to maximize income opportunities.
- Comply with all Health & Safety requirements and regulations.
- Liaise with our technical support team and other stakeholders to resolve technical issues and improve our services.
Requirements
- 2+ years' experience in a similar role, servicing amusement arcade machines.
- Hands-on approach to installing and maintaining a wide range of amusement equipment.
- Ability to work effectively on your own initiative and possess a pleasant and confident manner.
- Ability to carry out a significant amount of manual handling.
- You will enjoy meeting people, be reliable, trustworthy, and well-presented.
- Ability to work a 40 hour week on a shift pattern that includes alternate weekends and public holidays.
- Hold a current full driving licence and be able to work flexibly to cover other areas in high season.
- Experience in the amusement machine industry would be an advantage.
