Role Summary

We are currently seeking a Leisure Services Support Specialist to become a vital part of our dedicated team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service in our café, which includes preparing and serving food and beverages, as well as assisting patrons at the reception area. Your commitment to outstanding customer service will be essential in creating a welcoming environment for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver efficient catering services, ensuring high standards of food preparation and customer interaction.
  • Operate catering equipment safely and maintain cleanliness across all service areas.
  • Provide exemplary customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues with professionalism.
  • Exhibit teamwork and a proactive attitude, demonstrating flexibility and enthusiasm in all tasks.
  • Promote and market the various programs and services offered by Wealden Leisure Limited.
