About the Role

BSRIA is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to lead our Market Intelligence business worldwide. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, expanding our market presence, and delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market Intelligence Leadership: Oversee the development and implementation of market research strategies to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build relationships with key stakeholders, and negotiate partnerships and collaborations.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of market research professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct market research, analyze data, and provide insights to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company objectives and drive market expansion.
  • Financial Management: Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure accurate financial planning and reporting.
  • Industry Expertise: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, developments, and best practices to maintain BSRIA's position as a market leader.
Requirements
  • Business Acumen: Proven experience in business development, market research, and strategic planning.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders and negotiate partnerships.
  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the construction and HVAC industry, with a strong understanding of market trends and developments.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or engineering.
