Position Overview: At Sewell Group, our Retail Sales Representatives play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our clientele. This position involves operating the cash register, maintaining the store and forecourt, restocking merchandise, and ensuring cleanliness throughout the facility. Reporting Structure: All team members will report to the Operations Manager, Site Manager, and Supervisor, with a focus on delivering a premier customer experience and maintaining a shopping environment that reflects our commitment to excellence.

Work Schedule: This role requires a commitment of 18.5 hours per week, with fixed shifts that will remain consistent throughout your employment.

Shift Details: Typical shifts include evenings and weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome customers and provide outstanding service, assisting them with their shopping needs and fostering relationships to encourage repeat visits.
  • Monitor the store and forecourt to ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers.
  • Manage fuel pump authorizations and process transactions at the cash register, handling cash and card payments responsibly.
  • Assist with inventory management, including receiving and verifying deliveries, restocking shelves, and ensuring product rotation.
  • Offer guidance and information about products, services, and promotions to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the store, including the checkout area and forecourt, to uphold our high standards.
  • Stay vigilant regarding security within the store and forecourt.
  • Provide support during staff absences as needed.
