Therapist - Secure Services Leader

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team at Cygnet, a leading provider of health and social care services. As a Specialist Occupational Therapist, you will play a key role in the assessment and treatment of occupational dysfunction for service users in our Secure Mental Illness and Personality Disorder Service.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and treat occupational dysfunction for service users in a secure mental health setting
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide clinical and managerial supervision to activity coordinators and other team members
- Contribute to the development and implementation of occupational therapy services across the site
- Deputize for the Head Occupational Therapist as required
