As we embark on this exciting journey, we're seeking a highly skilled Junior HSE Coordinator to join our team at our Teesside site.


About the Role:
We're looking for an ambitious and detail-oriented individual to support our site HSE Manager in ensuring compliance with company SHEQ processes and procedures. This is an excellent opportunity for someone to develop their knowledge and skills in safety legislation, policies, and practices, and progress to a EHS Advisor role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with records, inspections, and monitoring activities to verify compliance with company SHEQ processes and procedures
• Maintain company MS SharePoint database for all company policies and procedures
• Support the production of risk assessments and development of safe systems of work
• Record follow-up actions from internal/external audit, accident investigations, and compliance audits
• Support the EHS Manager to conduct incident investigation and reports
• Support the EHS function with health and safety training
• Implement company's QHSE policies, plans, and initiatives

Requirements:
• ~2+ years experience in HSE, including industrial site experience
• ~ IOSH Managing Safely. Possess or be working towards NEBOSH General Certificate
• ~ Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 would be advantageous but not essential
• ~ Extremely proficient with Microsoft Platforms (SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• ~ Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
• ~ Driven personality with ambition to further a career in Health & Safety Management
