About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven Operations Manager to join our go-to-market team, responsible for the Scotland region. As a key player in our expansion efforts, you will spearhead our growth initiatives, increase market penetration, and enhance our profile in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop strategic plans to drive growth and expansion in the Scotland region
  • Build strong connections with tradespeople and drive consumer and trade acquisition and retention
  • Identify, develop, and implement innovative strategies to expand our trade member base
  • Oversee projects from ideation to execution, navigating changing project landscapes and requirements
Requirements
  • Marketplace experience or an impressive entrepreneurial background
  • Strong communication skills, facilitating effective team and stakeholder interactions
  • Data management and manipulation skills to extract key information and drive growth initiatives
  • Proactive problem-solving skills, anticipating and addressing issues proactively
