About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven Operations Manager to join our go-to-market team, responsible for the Scotland region. As a key player in our expansion efforts, you will spearhead our growth initiatives, increase market penetration, and enhance our profile in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and expansion in the Scotland region.
  • Build strong connections with tradespeople, drive consumer and trade acquisition, and retention.
  • Identify, develop, and implement innovative strategies to expand our trade member base.
  • Oversee projects from ideation to execution, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
Requirements
  • Marketplace experience or an impressive entrepreneurial background.
  • Ability to navigate changing project landscapes and requirements.
  • Strong communication skills, facilitating effective team and stakeholder interactions.
  • Skilled in data management and manipulation to extract key information and drive growth initiatives.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills, anticipating and addressing issues proactively.
