Where do you fit in?
Are you talented in taking ideas to execution? If so, then we need you Reporting into the General Manager, you will spearhead our expansion efforts in the Scotland region. You will increase market penetration and increase Checkatrade's profile by developing strategic plans, building strong connections with tradespeople, driving consumer and trade acquisition and retention. You will identify, develop, and implement innovative strategies to expand our trade member base and oversee projects from ideation to execution.

What do you need to succeed?
- Must have Marketplace experience or an impressive entrepreneurial background
- You will be able to navigate changing project landscapes and requirements whilst completing high level strategic initiatives.
- Exhibit strong communication skills, facilitating effective team and stakeholder interactions. Experienced in fronting diverse teams.
- You will be skilled in data management and manipulation to extract key information and conclusions to drive growth initiatives.
- Be able to demonstrate proactive problem solving, anticipate and address issues proactively whilst implementing effective solutions.
