Kew Gardens, a top London attraction and UNESCO World Heritage Site, and Wakehurst, our wild botanic garden, are home to the Millennium Seed Bank (MSB), where this role is based.

The MSB is the world's most biodiverse seed collection, comprising over 2 billion seeds from around the globe.

This is a high-profile role leading the MSB's Partnership, Seed Collections, and Germination teams, setting clear objectives, building capability, and promoting the seed collections internationally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement long-term strategy and business planning for the MSB
  • Collaborate with Kew Science's leadership team and external partners
  • Lead the Partnership, Seed Collections, and Germination teams
