Lead Occupational Therapist

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team as a Lead Occupational Therapist at St Mary's Hospital. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our service users.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a complex caseload of service users with Acquired Brain Injuries, progressive neurological conditions, Autism Spectrum Conditions, and Deaf Mental Health problems.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, ensuring effective and efficient delivery of occupational therapy services.
- Supervise and manage junior members of the team, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality care.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care pathways and effective communication.
- Contribute to the development of living skills, rehabilitation, and educational opportunities for service users.
- Qualified and registered as an Occupational Therapist.
- At least 3 years post-qualifying experience in assessing people with various psychometrics and risk assessment tools.
- Ability to work therapeutically, engaging service users in developing insight and coping skills to manage complex needs.
- Experience in supervising and managing junior members of the team.
- A full and clean UK driving license.
- Annual salary of up to £52,000.
