Care Assistant

As a Care Assistant at Excelcare Holdings, you will be part of a compassionate and welcoming team providing physical, emotional, and social support to our residents. Your dedication, reliability, and support will make a difference every day.
Our Care Home in Rayleigh, Essex, is a family-owned and operated facility that provides the highest standards of care to older people with a range of needs, including dementia, physical disabilities, and mental health issues. By joining our team, you will become part of the Excelcare family and be rewarded with a range of benefits, including:
- Competitive salary: £12.00 - £12.40 per hour
- 24 hours a week - 2 X 12 hour NIGHT shifts
- Shifts from 8am - 8pm/8pm - 8am, Monday - Sunday. You must be able to work alternate weekends
About the Job
As a Care Assistant, you will be assisting with mealtimes, personal care, and completing current and appropriate documentation, including daily record keeping, charts, and care plans. You will be engaging in meaningful activities with our residents, promoting independence, choice, dignity, and respect.

We are looking for individuals who have a caring and kind approach and the desire to work with older people. Experience in a care environment is ideal, but not necessary. If you have a passion for providing excellent care and support, we want to hear from you.
