Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at FitzRoy Residential Care in Rayleigh.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide individualized care and support to our residents, promoting their independence and well-being.
- Assist with daily living tasks, including personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.
- Encourage and support residents in their interests and activities, such as swimming, trampolining, and music.
- Work collaboratively with the care team to identify and achieve residents' goals and aspirations.
- Contribute to a safe and healthy environment, adhering to health and safety protocols and guidelines.
Requirements
- Full driving license and willingness to drive FitzRoy vehicles.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and sleep-ins.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassion, empathy, and understanding of individuals with learning disabilities and autism.

- Competitive hourly rates, rising to £13.50ph with overtime.
