We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Mechanical Engineer to join our team at MWH Treatment. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for providing superior quality engineering design services to support our turnkey and engineering services contracts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop cost-effective design layouts that meet project specifications and can be constructed and commissioned effectively.
  • Ensure the utilization of standard practices and maintain competitiveness.
  • Provide estimates and feedback to the Proposals department.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of procedures and processes to ensure the smooth running of the department.
  • Coordinate designs with internal and external disciplines to ensure effective project delivery.
  • Maintain accurate files and records throughout contract duration.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and work within a culture that prioritizes customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain a personal development plan.
  • Assist in supervising and developing staff.
  • Ensure a safe working environment and minimize waste from departmental activities.
  • Designs must take account of environmental issues and health and safety requirements.
