Key Responsibilities
  • Develop cost-effective design layouts that meet specification requirements and can be constructed and commissioned effectively.
  • Ensure standard practices are utilized wherever possible to maintain competitiveness and provide estimates and feedback for the Proposals department.
  • Work to procedures and processes to ensure the continuing development of the department and assist in developing procedures and processes.
  • Monitor and review procedures and processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Coordinate designs with all other disciplines internal and external to MWH Treatment to ensure seamless contract execution.
  • Maintain files and records throughout the duration of contracts and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Work within a culture that prioritizes customer satisfaction and maintain a personal development plan.
  • Assist in supervising and developing staff and ensuring a safe working environment for all staff.
  • Reduce waste to a minimum from all departmental activities and ensure designs take account of environmental issues and health and safety requirements.
