Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced National Account Manager to join our team at NJR Recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing designated retailer accounts, driving business growth, and building strong relationships with key clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Manage and negotiate contracts with retailers to ensure mutually beneficial agreements
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a National Account Manager role or similar
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
