National Account Manager

We are seeking an experienced National Account Manager to join our team at NJR Recruitment. As a National Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing designated retailer accounts, developing strong relationships with retailer contacts, and identifying and maximising sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of designated retailer accounts, including budget and P&L responsibility.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailer contacts through effective communication and negotiation.
  • Identify and maximise sales opportunities through market analysis and sales forecasting.
  • Plan and manage retailer range and promotional calendars to ensure optimal sales performance.
  • Provide detailed sales vs. budget reports and analysis to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Experience at NAM level working with retailer accounts.
  • Ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with retailer contacts.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work to deadlines.
  • Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills, with the ability to create detailed reports and presentations.
  • Ability to work as part of a team, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and develop.
