About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Caremark Ltd. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and toileting.
  • Help clients with mobility and physical disabilities, including incontinence and the use of personal aids and equipment.
  • Care for clients who are temporarily sick or terminally ill.
  • Support clients in promoting their mental and physical well-being through activities such as talking, outings, and hobbies.
  • Perform light housekeeping duties, including making beds, cleaning, and tidying.
  • Prepare and serve light meals, and assist with feeding.
  • Read and write reports, and participate in clients' reviews and training activities.
  • Adhere to all Caremark's policies and procedures at all times.
  • Report any significant changes in clients' health or circumstances to the Field Care Supervisor or Care Manager.
