Program Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Director to join our team at CHG Labcorp Central Laboratory Services S.à r.l. as a key member of our Central Labs organization. As a Program Director, you will play a critical role in overseeing the successful planning and execution of assigned programs and projects, ensuring alignment with our Central Labs strategy and goals.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement program strategies, goals, and objectives, ensuring alignment with Central Labs' overall vision and mission.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality program outcomes, leveraging expertise and resources to drive innovation and excellence.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Provide strategic guidance and support to program teams, ensuring effective program management and delivery.
- Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring program success and minimizing potential impacts on Central Labs' operations and reputation.
- Develop and manage program budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation and financial management.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to drive program innovation and improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, engineering, or life sciences.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in program management, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality program outcomes.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to develop and manage program budgets and resources.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
