We are on the lookout for a Partnership Operations Coordinator to enhance our expanding Partnerships division in EMEA. Your role will be pivotal in driving our growth, as you will oversee essential performance indicators and deliver analyses that support both strategic and operational decision-making. You will be responsible for creating and managing dashboards, reports, processes/workflows, and automations to foster efficiencies and continuous enhancement within the Partnerships unit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the rollout of new processes, workflows, procedures, and playbooks;
  • Design and oversee reports and dashboards;
  • Utilize metrics and data analysis to provide valuable insights and pinpoint areas for improvement;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine tools and address critical inquiries;
  • Serve as the primary support contact for all partner operations queries; proactively identify and resolve technical issues, working with the technical team as necessary.
  • Manage systems administration, including the upkeep of existing tools.
  • Documentation: Clearly outline all processes, workflows, and policy modifications in an easily understandable format.

What You Bring to the Team:

Our partnership team is unique, acting as the commercial arm with a strong emphasis on product and its latest features. You will collaborate closely across various departments to oversee operational requests from inception to completion.

  • You are an independent, entrepreneurial thinker who seeks solutions while considering the needs of our team, customers, partners, and the market;
  • Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage time and energy effectively, even in high-pressure scenarios;
  • Proficient in navigating Google Apps, Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, and other CRM platforms;
  • Solid foundation in root cause analysis leading to process enhancements;
  • Robust background in operational analytics to help define efficient processes/workflows and drive necessary improvements;
  • Capable of working well both independently and in teams;
  • Demonstrates effective communication and collaboration with other departments;
  • Resourceful with a proactive attitude, willing to think creatively to achieve objectives;
  • Possesses both tactical and strategic capabilities;
  • A true motivator with positive energy to fit into this dynamic sales/tech team.

Additional Qualifications (Preferred but Not Required):

  • Experience in SaaS sales;
  • Familiarity with the partnership ecosystem;
  • Skills in executive presentation.
