Job Title: Partnerships Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Partnerships Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Kaplan International Pathways. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the team in nurturing and growing relationships with our university partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage best-in-class administrative tasks to support the team in delivering strategic initiatives to strengthen our partnerships.
  • Assist with relationship building efforts and provide exceptional customer service to our university partners.
  • Support the team in managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively, with a strong focus on attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Utilize data and analytics to inform strategies and drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but not essential.
  • Experience in administration, account management, or partnership coordination within the education sector.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Strong team player with a collaborative mindset and ability to build relationships both internally and externally.
