About the Role

As an Hospitality Operations Lead at Frasers Group, you'll play a vital role in ensuring seamless and exceptional service for our guests. You'll lead and motivate a team of hospitality professionals, overseeing all aspects of food and beverage operations within our dynamic environment.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership & Development: Guide, train, and support your team of hospitality staff, supervisors, and managers to deliver outstanding service and achieve their full potential.
  • Operational Excellence: Manage the day-to-day operations of our hospitality services, ensuring smooth and efficient running of all aspects, from menu execution to guest satisfaction.
  • Customer Focus: Implement and maintain high standards of customer service, resolving any issues promptly and professionally while fostering a positive guest experience.
  • Stock Management & Control: Oversee stock control procedures, including monthly stock takes, par levels, and ordering to ensure efficient inventory management.
  • Problem Solving & Initiative: Actively identify and resolve any operational challenges that arise, demonstrating initiative and collaborating with other departmental managers to maintain exceptional service standards.
  • Compliance & Safety: Ensure strict adherence to company policies and procedures, including health & safety regulations, hygiene standards, and licensing laws.
Your Skills & Experience:

We're looking for a passionate and experienced Hospitality Operations Lead with:

  • Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a managerial capacity.
  • Level 2 Food Hygiene certificate
  • Experience managing functions for large guest numbers.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and attention to detail skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with customers, staff, and colleagues.
  • A customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
  • Sound knowledge of food and beverage operations, including cost control and quality assurance.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
